Services means personalized coaching sessions, workshops, and assessments offered by PersonaUnlocker.
Info Products means digital courses, guides, and recordings.
Goods means physical items available for purchase.

3. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information when registering or booking, comply with applicable laws, and refrain from misusing any content provided by PersonaUnlocker.

4. Fees and Payment

All applicable fees will be displayed at the time of booking or purchase on personunlock.digital. Payment must be completed using the methods provided on the site prior to access or delivery.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

If you cancel a scheduled coaching session or workshop at least 48 hours before its start time, you may reschedule at no extra charge. If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours prior to the session, or in case of a no–show, no refund will be provided due to resource allocation and preparatory work.

To request a reschedule or refund, please submit a request via Contact Form. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

5.2 Info Products

If you are not satisfied with your digital purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a refund, contact us via Contact Form. Approved refunds will result in revocation of access to the digital content and return of the paid fee within 7 business days.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. To arrange a return, use our Contact Form. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process a refund within 10 business days. Alternatively, you may opt to exchange the item subject to availability.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on personunlock.digital are the exclusive property of PersonaUnlocker. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PersonaUnlocker shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or relating to the use of our services, info products, or goods.
